Please note that acuvue clear is not available in sphere 0.00, -0.25, +0.25. Please note that positive spheres are in base curve 9.1 and diameter 14.4. Please email us to change to base curve 9.1 and diameter 14.4. The Acuvue Clear Contact Lens (spherical) is indicated for daily wear for the correction of refractive ametropia (myopia and hyperopia) in aphakic or non-aphakic persons with non-diseased eyes who may have 1.00D or less of astigmatism. Recommended replacement schedule: Monthly
